This is a catalogue, not a shop
Everything on this website is presented for information. There is no basket, no checkout and no payment facility, and nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. A contract comes into being only when Uproar Impex issues a quotation or order confirmation and you accept it in writing.
Specifications and availability
Product specifications, fabric weights, minimum order quantities, lead times and availability are indicative and can change. Fabric, trims and colour are subject to the tolerances normal in garment manufacturing, and to approval of a physical sample.
Where a price is shown it is indicative only and excludes freight, duties and taxes unless the quotation says otherwise. Most items are quoted per enquiry against volume and delivery terms.
Certifications
Certifications shown on this site are held by Uproar Impex and are stated with the body that issued them and, where applicable, the certificate number, so that they can be verified against the issuer's own register.
A certification held by the company does not by itself mean every product is certified under it. Where a specific certification is required for your order, say so at the enquiry stage so it can be confirmed in writing.
Using this website
You may browse this website and send genuine business enquiries through it. You may not use it to send unsolicited advertising, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or scrape it at a rate that interferes with its operation.
The enquiry form is rate limited. Automated submissions may be refused or filed as spam without notice.
Intellectual property
The text, photography, product imagery, designs and code on this website belong to Uproar Impex or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them commercially without written consent.
Where you supply artwork, a technical pack or a specification with an enquiry, it remains yours. It is used only to quote and produce your order.
Accuracy and availability
This website is provided as it is. Uproar Impex takes care to keep it accurate but does not warrant that every specification is current, that the site is uninterrupted, or that it is free of error.
To the extent the law allows, Uproar Impex is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
